The Government is announcing that the hospitality Industry is reopening from 4th July 2020. From that date we will be running socially-distanced events.
YOUR BOOKINGS ARE SECURE. If Government guidance changes due to Coronavirus, or if you or any of your party contract Covid-19 you will receive a full no quibble refund of the event cost.

Following specific Government guidance, and until further notice, all courses will be restricted to:
6 individuals, or
2 households, or
1 household and 5 other individuals
From 2020 the Expedition Club will be offering guided Shinrin-Yoku and similar meditative activities in the English Lake District.
These guided trips aiming to connect with nature and discover wilderness, will be planned in various woodland locations. Trips will be of 3 hours duration and will all cost £25/head.
Under 16s are welcome to join (at £20/head) if they can participate in a quiet, meditative journey.
They will be led by highly experienced Forest Bathing practitioners, following the principals set out by Dr Qing Li.
We are currently offering the following trips under this heading:
Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing)
Bare-foot Forest Walking

Mon 24th Aug 9am to 12 Grizedale Forest bathing
Tues 25th Aug 10am to 1pm Grizedale Forest bathing Fully booked
Wed 26th Aug 9am to 12 Eskdale Forest bathing
Thurs 27th Aug 10am to 1pm Eskdale Forest bathing Fully booked
Fri 28th Aug 10am to 12 Blawith, nr Coniston Barefoot walk and wild swim Fully booked
We will also be offering guided Shinrin-Yoku trips in Winter between 26th December 2020 and 5th January 2021.
These guided trips are designed to enable you to continue to practice meditative wilderness expeditions on your own.
