Cairngorms Big 4 – Mountainous traverse
A journey on foot traverse both the Eastern and Western plateaux of Scotland’s Cairngorm Mountains taking in the 4 of the 5 highest peaks in Scotland.
In this expedition we will aim to summit on the 2nd , 3rd , 4th and 5th highest mountains in Scotland in one journey over 2 days. The walk will involve long and arduous days with an overnight camp on the southern side of the Cairngorms, however the route is not particularly technical, so suitable for strong and competent hillwalkers.
Camping equipment will be transferred to the campsite, so you will only be carrying day sacks.
